Feedback flagging system

Modified on Thu, 22 Aug at 10:29 AM

The feedback flagging system will give Needs Managers quick oversight on which strategies staff have been able to implement, and whether or not they think it was effective in supporting that student.

This will take the form of two "feedback dots" on each recommendation. These will appear when the feedback system opens for responses. The left dot denotes whether or not the majority of staff used the recommendation. If the majority of the staff did implement the recommendation, the right dot will then show, using a traffic light system, whether or not the majority thought it was effective in supporting the student.

With this feature, alongside the forthcoming "SENDCo Dashboard" feature, we will be empowering SEND and inclusion teams to identify which strategies are being used across the school and whether or not staff view them as having a positive impact in the learning environment.
